  I have been working out at BFF for about 3+ months and I am very very satisfied. The workouts that Jonathan designs are structured and consistent, yet variable so they don't become monotonous. The exercises are flexible for people of all abilities; however, I have never walked out of a class feeling as though I wasn't challenged enough, or could have had a better workout.
  I have been most impressed by how organized BFF is - Social media, updates, and emails are handled very well, classes do not get cancelled randomly or without fair warning or reason, and Jonathan responds to any questions very promptly.
  I also very much appreciate that I did not have to commit to any contracts. His principle of only getting what you pay for has been very helpful (for example, if you have to go away for a few weeks, he freezes your account so you don't get charged).
